Be Safe
Look after each other.
Take regular breaks from dancing.
As your body temperature rises, and you become dehydrated, you will want
to drink. You must sip water, but not too much. Drink about a pint of
water over an hour.
If you drink too much too quickly, it can be dangerous or even fatal.
This is because ecstasy can cause your body to produce a hormone, which
prevents you from producing urine (wee), so it affects your bodys
salt balance, which can be fatal.
